Refund Policy

All codes are valid for 90 days from date of purchase. Teel StratVisor is confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase, but in the event you are not, our refund policy is as follows: If the code/pin has not been used, we will issue a full refund, less 5% service and handling fee. If code/pin has been used, we will require a written explanation of why a refund is being requested, sent to eLeaning@stratvisor.com. Each request will be reviewed on a case by case basis. All refunds will be issued back to the credit card used at the time of purchase
