Troubleshooting Tips
Important:
If you are using Internet Explorer 7 (IE7), please make sure your security settings are set to the proper values (see instructions below) and that the popup blocker is turned off.


If your settings are incorrect, you may have problems launching the course or viewing your certificate after the course has been completed successfully.


When internet settings are not compatible, the most common issue observed is when a user completes the course and passes the tests, the details are not recorded and the course still appears "Not", " Attempted" or "Incomplete". To avoid this problem, please update our IE7 settings as follows:

1) Click on Tools.
2) From the Tools dropdown list select "Internet Options" this will open a popup window.
3) Click on the "Advanced" tab.
4) Click on the "Restore Advanced Settings" button.
5) Click on "Apply" and next Click on "OK".
6) Close the browser.
7) Open a new browser, return to the portal and enter your seat code.
